I tried to order chubby chicken to be told it would be 20 minutes, why even bother selling chicken, or is it more of a can't be bothered thing?...
Well this place has changed! I didn't think it was possible to get slower but it has and there are some staff that seem very unhappy at their job and...

"Had dinner on a Friday night with no wait for a table. Placed our order and drinks came quickly.... Then waited 45 min to an hour only to see the table in front of us who arrived after we placed our order receive their pizzas, ours followed about 5 minutes later. The young server came up with olives to apologize for the long wait but used Take out as an excuse. Which is a poor excuse in most circumstances, if you can't handle the flow from the dining room, take less takeout. But let's be real, he must have forgotten to put our food order in. During the wait we did see him look at us numerous times, talk to the kitchen etc.Both servers touched their faces, noses and hair without washing their hands.The food was good enough, the arugula topped pizza was bland but the sausage pizza was quite tasty."

"There was a warm welcoming and the atmosphere was special as the Fisherman’s Wharf was in full view from our window seating…the low key environment made for a relaxing dinner meal..the mushroom soup was very tasty and the hamburger and fries was of freshness and quality.. my wife’s seafood linguini was quite tasty and a generous portion..no photos..after the meal we walked along the very beautiful viewing wildlife and the sunset along Cowichan Bay"

"We have been customers since it opened, but since the owners have not been in charge of customer service, rudeness has crept in- for instance, on our last visit a staff member openly complained about having to open the chiller to sell us some cake near the close of business! Unbelievable attitude! Then we were charged $5 for a piece of cake! there is no price list for cake or baked goods which is unacceptable. Very disappointing!"
