What User likes about Cobleskill Diner:
eating was good, the customer service was excellent. they were busy so it took a little to get the food, but that is expected. the ice melted and really only an Ooey-Gooey massage. they had to put it in a bowl because it was 90% melted when we got it and it was vanilla ice cream with food dye in it. a great place to eat View all feedback.

What User doesn't like about Cobleskill Diner:
The big draw here is definitely the giant ice cream sundaes, they are always a hit.We stopped for dinner. The food was OK, and the server was not very attentive. My son ordered pancakes which were delicious, so we may be back to see if their breakfast is better. View all feedback.

"My wife and I traveled out of town and had the privilege of getting to dinner. It was one of the best culinary experiences we had in a very long time. "The food was excellent. The problem is that employees are short. Had a buffet night there, our drinks came when we were almost ready with our dinner. Our tablemate said when I shoot, they'll take me a drink? Great atmosphere and food, not the waiting staff mistakes, asked too much to cover, we saw our waiters deck tables, the bar and bring food to the buffet from the kitchen. You need to rent or have the staff available."
