123 is a take out Chinese restaurant in the east end of Coburg on Hwy 2. I have never had a dish I didn't like. The house specials are all terrific. As well, you get a lot of food for the price.

We have taken food out several times. Five times they were great. Last two times, (yes we gave them a second chance) they were terrible. Honey garlic ribs in water instead of honey garlic sauce??? OMG. Terrible. We threw it out. Where is the quality control. read more.
