"Hands down, the worst pizza ordering experience I have ever had. Im sure the pizza would have tasted fine, had we ever gotten it. We ordered the pizza at 9:40PM and were told there was a 50 minute delivery time which was fine they told us to call back at 10:30 if the pizza had not arrived yet. Following their instruction we phone back when the pizza did not arrive and we were apologized to and told the pizza would be free due to the wait time. No sooner than 5 minutes later did the delivery driver pull into our driveway. One of us went out to meet her to avoid having the dog barking at her and to bring her a tip for delivering the pizza and before anyone even had a chance to say anything to her she started to yell from her car that the pizza was not going to be free and that she was here within the time frame. When we explained to her we had received a phone call from the store that the pizza was free she became increasingly rude and began to yell again saying that if we got this pizza for free she would never be delivering to our house again. She was yelling loud enough that people inside of the home could hear her without even having windows open. She began to continuously argue and belittle us for saying that we had received any phone call at all and yelled that she would call her "special number" and they would tell her whether or not we got it for free. For approximately twenty minutes she sat in our driveway arguing and waiting on hold with her special phone number who eventually stated that the gentleman who had called us and told us that the pizza would be free should not have done that. Besides the point, regardless of whether the pizza should or should not have been free the behaviour exhibited by this individual deliver driver was absolutely uncalled for, and beyond rude. Had it not been for the drivers attitude it is likely we would have just paid for the pizza and let the issue rest, however since she was so incredibly rude we told her just to take the pizza back with her. We will NEVER be ordering from pizza pizza in the future from this location or any other location. As a former customer service worker I understand there are those individuals out there who try and "scam" the system and obtain things for free when they shouldn't or blow minor issues out of proportion however, to already pull into someones driveway with an attitude and to already be yelling at a customer is absolutely unheard. Pizza Pizza Cobourg I understand you're a chain and that losing one customers business probably won't affect you're well being as a whole however it will benefit your competitors who have already delivered more food to the same address with no problems and no rude delivery drivers."

"We were 1 night in port hope and breakfast was not included in our hotel room booking. in the hope to avoid fast eating, I have carried out a google map search in this night and found railside restaurant. first I was uncertain whether this place actually served. breakfast but then I saw a fairly recent evaluation of the breakfast available only at the weekend, with the owner reacted with open days at 9am as well. we're lucky, tomorrow is a Friday 5th august. we were on Friday morning 9 on the parking lot. the restaurant seemed empty and I wondered if my infos were wrong. while waiting in the car, a pickup truck came and parked a short distance from us. At least we are not the only ones who expect to open 9 o'clock. we finally saw lighter in the restaurant, so we approached the door. kitchen staff let us in and inform us that they open in 10 minutes. it was good with us. we had our choice of table in diner style inside as we waited. we decided to sit in one of the middle cabins instead of the 4 sitting through the glass walls or the picnic tables outside. server came and gave us the laminated menus. after a short perusal we ordered cheesy mushroom omelette $13,) vegetarian omelette $12) and eier benedict flamentine $14) and also asked for some water. server brought serviettes and bestow, then with jars of ice water and even available disposable drivers strohroh. our breakfast came in 10 minutes. looks really appetizing. everything was perfectly cooked. to house fries with juicy tweepers were super tasty. it was the most tasty breakfast we had during our entire road trip. the portions were decent and filled us exactly right. there was even a piece of melone for dessert. server was great. he checked us a few times, refilled our goggles without telling them and never sneaking at the table. he was also friendly with a real smile on his face. our first time here, but we were made to feel regular."
