It's a clean place with modern styling. If you are in need of decent WiFi, it's also nice for that. I chose the 47bs breakfast. Eggs had no seasoning, with none on the table. This is pretty standard in Bolivia, but I don't think Capresso is going aiming for the ketchup mayonnaise crowd. Toast was obviously made earlier, and not warm, butter only. "The tea room decor is inviting. Owners put a lot of attention to detail and presentation. Location is perfect and allows for plenty of parking. Ambiance 5/5 Food presentation 5/5 Pastries 3/5 Beverages 3/5 Service 3/5 The food is just ok. I had higher expectations based on people's reviews but I was disappointed with the brownie and macaroon I ordered. The brownie needed to be more chocolatey. The macaroon while the flavor was good, the consistency was poor. Perhaps bc the macaroons were not fresh? I don't know. The earl grey tea needed more spices. The water was lukewarm instead of hot. This place has potential and I do hope this place improves the food quality and service because it is such a cute place to enjoy an afternoon."
