Such a veggie gem in Cochabamba!! We went for lunch a couple of times to get the set menu for 20bs you will leave full of food! They have a salad bar buffet you serve yourself, then soup with bread and finally a big main dish. Both times we got to choose from two mains, one with seitan and one with tofu or lentils.
