What User likes about Cochrane Palace:
We come from Calgary when we want decent Chinese and fresh hot buffet style food. Never disappointed. DESSERT bar is not large but it's still good with nanimo bars cookies fruit. Soup is wonton and a 2nd choice. Stirfry's shrmp chicken mushrooms veg dishes sometime a bake salmon sometimes a roast of beef. .probably those are more a weekend food. I go there every few months hoping the chef had changed but each time I find the buffet depleted of food with a few morsels of meat or vegetables swimming around in grease or oil and/or the buffet containers are empty.
