"Lovely restaurant in the Main Street in Cockermouth. The owner and his wife as well as their service are friend and helpful. The food was very good! Having just been in Turkey 6 months ago, I must say the food in this restaurant was better than in Turkey. We ordered a few starters and mains and everything was absolutely delicious! My personal favorites were: sigara boregi (filo pastry rolls filled with feta), Ali nazik kebab (lamb kebabs on a bed of aubergine and pepper yogurt). For dessert, the Antem Katmer is one of the best desserts I’ve tried! Will definitely be back! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5"

"I forgot to check opening times before cycling over and we arrived at closing time, but we were greeted by a lovely friendly guy (sorry I didn’t get your name! who kindly offered for us to still sit outside and order from what was left. We sat and ate *the best sandwiches in Warwickshire* whilst the guy cleaned up inside. Thank you!"
