Did a pick up order for 4 subs and 2 of them were completely wrong with the other 2 getting old avocado. They apologised by writing sorry on a napkin rather than tell us in store and gave us 1 free cookie. Not too happy with this experience. "Had to go two days in a row the food was so good and the coffee is fantastic.Great relaxed vibe and chilled staff the pastries are amazing too recommend the savoury hotcakes, bruscetta with whipped feta as well as the mushrrom ragout with melted brie. On a hot day the lemon and ginger sparkling iced tea with lemon sorbet was refreshingly different. Finding Ruby G's made our trip to darwin.."

"I really love their food but sometimes the language barrier can be difficult. I asked for no tzatziki and no cheese. He did that (no tatziki and no cheese) but he put a special sauce on it (it comes with this sauce) but I couldn't understand him on the phone (my fault). They are lovely couple and the food is good quality, tastes great and very well priced."
