What Omnivore doesn't like about Centro Castellano Polanco:
We had an 8:00 reservation, as we had an early flight the next day. We expected the restaurant to be very quiet, as Mexicans and Spaniards tend to eat relatively late in the evening. There was only one other couple in the restaurant. The paella was served in a bowl, rather than a paella pan. There was none of the signature socarrat at the bottom of the dish.
