"I?ve been here many times, I?ve had good service and not so great service, good drinks and not so great drinks. Yet thru it all, I?ll always recommend it. Because it has some good things going for it. Today, when I had my sister order a triple shot mocha,two shots decaf and one shot regular. Ok, slightly complicated but not that hard. The gal literally missed all the coffee andmade me a hot chocolate, or, a mocha without the mocha! At least I took it funny ????. Guys, we need consistency! I?m sure ifI was there she would have made it right, but I just want to point it it out as some constructive criticism. Just remember goodfriendly customer service is what makes a good small business, and the more consistent you get at it the more profit you?llhave. Rawhide, please, I really want you to improve in this area. Every time I go I want to leave feeling like a million bucks.When it all comes down to it, us customers are the ones that make you successful. So please us or be unsuccessful. I gave you 5stars because I believe in you. I like your atmosphere and product. You have provided a place to make great memories over hotdrinks. But your service is currently around 3."

"Only a 4 because I didn’t like my margarita. It tasted like it had store bought mix in it, sorry but with all of the beer on tap, I would think that the margaritas would be better. The food was good though and the server was nice… especially enjoyed the truffle fries."

"Waitress was fantastic.Older hostess seemed bitter about something else and brought it to work with her.I work and live in the park and have been establishing the habit of carrying bear spray. She felt the need not only to ask me to take it off my belt, which I gladly complied, she then muttered walking away “we don’t have any bears in the restaurant”.Then after I put it back on waiting on for my party to get out of the bathroom after eating proceeded to say “you know we don’t have any bears in town right?” With a smirk and walked away quickly.This individual has no business in hospitality and I hope she does not treat the tourists who graciously patron this restaurant instead of the other options in Cody the same."

"Just passing through on our way home to Iowa. Worth the minuscule wait while our hostess danced and sang. Truly two of the Very Best cups of Americano decaf and Frap! Sadly went back for more and store closed early for VERY important reason. You will be our first stop if ever we meet again. Thank you from the bottom of our cups."
