First time in Republic and YOU have to experience it ! My favorite thing was Vermont Feta Bites It was very unique and tasty and the tzatziki sauce on top was amazing idea. The ambiance is very welcoming and charming. Staff are extremely very detailly knowledge about the food it is like they are cooking it and they know how to make the food especially the servers. Heard a lot of good things so figured it was time to check it out. Good location, minor wait which was fair considering it was dinner. Menu has a lot of interesting farm to table meal ideas that unfortunately lack execution and are largely forgetable.
