I didn't eat at this KFC in YEARS, especially because we don't live close enough. But I must say I was super impressed by literally everything there. The lobby was clean, the bathrooms were clean, the staff was SO DARN NICE, the food was probably the best I ever had from any kfc. What User doesn't like about Kfc:
I will never be back. Tried to make it simple. 16 piece dinner with 2 mashed potatoes and 2 Mac and cheese. Where are my biscuits? I pay $50.00 for a meal and don't receive what I ask for. How hard is it to get that order wrong? Then I had to keep repeating myself to the lady up front. Smh. I give up. View all feedback.

The food was really good at KFC in Coffeyville,I had to wait a little while, but it was worth it..the staff did a good job Food: 5 Service: 5
I ordered a box and ask for extra chicken wing. Also, the chicken all three chicken wings look like pencils, the biscuit was tiny and raw, still in the middle, and when I opened up the coleslaw, there was a nap flying around inside it, so I threw that away, which I was really hoping to eat. The only thing kind of enjoyable was the mashed potatoes. Get it together KFC.
I drove from Independence to check out KFC because the new manager said it was going to be better. And OMG it is! The chicken isn't greasy like it use to be and they made my order exactly the way I wanted it! Great job! And I will be back!! Thank you! Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch
