I can't just comment on the tour hq. this place has been hit lately and miss, sometimes good, sometimes bad. this trip was bad when they buy a piccolo, they get the piccolo, they don't pour any glass out of it and the house holds the rest. bao buns were as always brilliant, and the Korean bun is overpriced for what they get, but is delicious. read more.

"1802 Oyster Bar is in a perfect location with a SUPERB VIEW - which was just as well as we were left looking at it for far too long.We had lunch there with friends on a beautiful day. The two girls serving were pleasant and friendly BUT NOT VERY ATTENTIVE.The oysters were delicious but quite a bit dearer that other restaurant on the Eyre Peninsula. We were frustrated that the waitresses returned 3 TIMES to tell us that what we had ordered was not available - this happened long after we had expected our meals to have been served.The owner off-handedly excused this with "we are in the middle of changing from summer to winter menus"BUT the waitress should have been able to inform us what wasn't available when we ordered. There was no apology for the slow service.2 HOURS for a 2-course lunch is TOO SLOW - thank goodness for the great view."
