The restaurant operates quite efficiently due to a shortage of willing workers in Colby. I appreciate the effort they put in, as it seems like the store manager is always present. I once waited in Sonic's drive-through for 30 minutes with only 4 cars ahead of me, 2 of which were just getting drinks. I have been coming to this restaurant for the past month, once a week. The only positive aspect is that the gas is cheap. However, the bathrooms are terrible. One toilet in the men's restroom was clogged with toilet paper, the other stall had no toilet paper, and the attendant was more focused on smoking outside than attending to customers.
