I always prefer the drive thru as it seems to be quicker than inside. They usually always get my order right, and coffee not usually burnt like some stores I go to (usually only an issue if getting half caff/decaf). They also have a walk up window for pick up which is an uncommon convenience. View all feedback.

I don't go to Dunkin often but I was dragged into driving our family there to grab coffee, donuts and use the restroom after a long walk. All bathrooms were out of order the wait for food and drinks was a long time and it was an extra $1.50 for a taste of oatmilk in coffee. There were also very few available donut options.
