What Eric Arellano likes about Ichiban Asian Bistro:
This is one of those sushi places that seems way too good to be in a strip-mall. Always our first stop when arriving to the colchester area from out of state. Can't speak to the other cuisine because I always get sushi, but this place nails it. Just wish they had seating at the sushi bar. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 View all feedback.

We gave this place a try, and not a restaurant that we will visit again. Best thing about it were the napkins. Great paper, thick and large. But sad that was the highlight at this place. The food was average, nothing special. The staff was good, friendly and able to handle their business. The bench seats are broken and uncomfortable, the floor dirty with crumbs from other diners.
