We visited the Boatyard for lunch after a couple of hours rowing! We were able to walk in and find an outside table. We visited on a sunny Monday lunchtime during the summer holidays. Breakfast is served until 1130. Lunch is from 1200 We queued up at 1120, got to the front of the queue at 1140 and were told we were too late for breakfast but too early for lunch.
