We had last been to The Marlborough around a year ago for Sunday lunch this time the food was meh. The roast potatoes had that look of sitting around for a long time, Yorkshire was like eating air. The starters were nice. I think going back I wouldn’t necessarily have Sunday lunch. There was a man serving in a yellow gilet, I thought he was just a regular helping out hahaha read more.

Lovely lunch on a wet February afternoon. Fire was lit and we felt very cosy. Food was delicious and staff were all really friendly and approachable.
