Just had to write a review about our fantastic afternoon, spent at Mimisa for afternoon tea. The food was amazing, service outstanding, just can’t recommend Mimosa enough. Our waiters deserve a special mention, Gareth Catalin are definitely a reason to come back! Thank you...both, you really made our experience special. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Mimosa Deli:
the service was terrible. we were in the restaurant in total about 4 hours. every time we wanted to order, we had to strike someone down. the personal appeared very stressed. a waitress has robbed me a brush peroni and she. was obviously very upset (not complaining about it, it was just an accident) but the drink was not immediately filled up (they even tried to burden us on it and the service was not yet improved. t... Really limited choice if they do not eat meat and no vegan option at all. we had 2 main 3 glasses wein and a coffee and it was £90. there is much better place to spend this money
We had a very bad experience in the restaurant. at the arrival we stayed 10 minutes waiting to welcome and sit at our pre-ordered table. when we ordered drinks, the waitress did not know if her drink was served a 12-year-old. prawan was an alcoholic cocktail or a cocktail. then our net arrived cold. also 3/4 of us had bark meat and it was extremely chewing and low-fat quality and badly cooked. when we informed the waiter, we were not happy with the meal, the manager was sent, and he allowed us to order something else. the second test was good, and the food was hot. but we spent our meal before empty glasses and when we were finished with our net, the dirty tellers were left 25 minutes before us. we were asked if we wanted to **** it or if we wanted to dessert, as if they couldn't get us out of the door fast enough. when the bill arrived, the sides that went with our original net that we had not eaten, nor on the bill, and there was no sign of a good will for the bad experience, eating and service. we asked the manager to take off the objects we had not eaten, and when we asked if he would do something to correct our experience (what we never had to ask if the business is properly managed, he said he took off the net so we wanted. what he meant was that he took off the nets that we didn't eat because they were cold and badly cooked. he didn't take anything else from the bill. he was extremely rude and had no interest in customer satisfaction. we do not know how to face a job customer and hope that mimosa has a shaker with regard to their employees so that it can return to the great restaurant it was once. catalyn, we will not retuning while they manage the place! we went all 8 weeks to mimosa, or as it is our next restaurant, but that was for nothing.
I'm not someone who check in the rule or feedback to a restaurant, but I feel quite disappointed as having a meal here and talking to the restaurant about it. this restaurant is somewhere where I would recommend in the rule to go friends and family...but after my experience with eating, I don't think I'll return. I only visited a month ago and the experience was much better, it was busy, there was an atmosphere, the service was good, the food was tasty, everything she would wish for an evening with friends. this visit did not decide so much for the fish and chips and the quality was miles away from what it was. the teig was very dark brown and most of it was unusable and the fish had a very strange strong smell to him and there was a lot of oil on the plate. that was nothing when it was earlier, while earlier visits to the restaurant. the chips were not the usual clobpy chips and were wedges that you could cook home, I ate 2 of them and did not interfere with the rest. at £17 for this meal I would have expected better. there was a waiter who decided to close the two doors directly next to our table and in the middle of our meal two employees. that was not a big thing, but it could have waited when the restaurant was practically empty. the atmosphere was dead and simply had a really boring feeling for it. I have thrown my feedback to the restaurant so that it is ignored.

The roast dinner, both the beef and chicken, is absolutely delicious here. A couple of Sunday's this place has been fairly empty, which is a shame considering the quality of the food. The downside is the cost of the food is more expensive than many...places in Colchester.
