What rob likes about Boston Pizza:
Went there and they were totally slammed. The server was courteous and let us know beforehand it would be a while. I ordered a burger with some add-ons. 40 minutes later my burger showed up, without said add-ons, but it was warm, had fresh ingredients, and I ate it anyway without complaint.
