Ordered bk veggie sandwich and the new jalapeño cheesy sticks, did not got the order at drive through window but I expected that as not many people order veggie, but that assured me that my burger was fresh and new jalapeño sticks were fresh and awesome in taste.order was delivered in my car quickly. the young ladies who provided the service were very friendly and courteous. The serice was quite fast. The disappointment came from the burger. It was tasty but almost cold and the bun seemed a bit soggy. I am not sure how much prep is done on site, but it was a similar experience at the A&W a few months ago. read more.
