Would recommend going in the week and not on the weekend. Things tend to be fresher, I believe they are selling older or shipped stock on the weekend. My pastry today is definitely stale and the case was FILLED with fruit flies, a swarm of them flew up and onto the glass when they were getting my pastry. View all feedback.
What Brieann Lawson doesn't like about Homestyle Desserts Bakery:
I was told about the Peekskill location ended up being by the Cold Spring location so I stopped by. It was clean the lady was nice at the counter but the pastries were old and hard as as a rock. I spent $14 and some change. My kids liked their pretzels but just so disappointed by the pastries. The croissant crumbled completely and also tasted freezer burnt. View all feedback.
