My wife and I enjoyed lovely food here a breakfast burrito and a classic breakfast with a couple of beers. Good portion size, tasty, good price and they don’t automatically add a service fee. The waitress who served us was very friendly and helpful (much nicer than any place we’d been in NYC). Definitely worth walking up the hill and by passing some of the busier places. Only two tables occupied when we got there. Ordered the brunch Avocado Toast with poached eggs. Not rocket science. When it arrived, there was NO avocado anywhere on the toast. Just arugula. Very gracious waitress brought out half a cut avocado on a plate and asked if I wanted it remade . Didn 't have time. I cook, so I know full well how it 's made.
