"The place was very busy, but we were seated quickly, and our server (Sam) came quickly. She took our order, and we waited for drinks. Sam did not stop by our table, or even walk by it. Finally, after about 15 minutes, we flagged down another server, Olivia, who got our drinks. Three of us in our party ate buffet, one had a sandwich. We three were finished eating from the buffet, and had enjoyed a second visit, and had finished those second helpings. The fourth member of our party had not yet received her sandwich. Our server had not stopped to check on us, or offer refills of drinks, or take away used buffet plates. The owner finally stopped to clear our table, so we told her about the missing sandwich. She found it had been delivered to another table. The sandwich quickly came, but there was no meat on the Reuben sandwich. Called the owner over again, she quickly rectified the situation. Sandwich was comped."

"This was my family's first time at Overland Park's Farmers Market. Decided to try Pastimes Farm and quite honestly this was probably the best bone-in pork chops our family has EVER tasted. We will definitely be contacting them so we can purchase more from them. We were looking for more natural and fresh products and have found it! (Apple sauce is pretty darn amazing too)"

"I had the BBQ Brisket sandwich and fries. The meat tasted old. I believe it’s been frozen and then nuked because it has that taste to the meat. It was served on toasted bread. A hamburger bun would be better. The fries were good. My hubby had their version of curly fries and he didn’t like them because they weren’t seasoned. My friend ordered the 1/3 lb cheeseburger without the bun. It was wayyyyyyy over cooked! They have a special on Sunday’s so maybe we will try that?? The service was bad. The young lady never refilled our lake waters. Lake waters as in tap water, not the alcoholic drink they offer. Obviously they get a lot of customers because they are on Lake of the Ozarks but I think it’s because some customers want alcohol. I’ll give it another try maybe. We will see…."

"I just wanted to say that in the last month I've seen the kitchen at this place do a complete turn around. We used to come in and never be able to find fresh donuts and now every time we come in all of the donuts are fresh and look wonderful also the pizzas very hot and everything seems to be well-stocked and well-maintained so we just wanted to let them know they're doing an amazing job whoever's in that kitchen Service: Take out"
