On a fishing trip with a friend who convinced me I never had a steak like what I would get in Harbor Bar and OMG was on the right side! We ordered the 12 ounces of T-bone (12 ounces of mine -ss lol)! If these steaks were 12 ounces, then a pound is 20 ounces. Seriously, they had to be 16 ounces or more, swear to God. We both seldom ordered them and they were cooked for perfection.
