"You climb the stairs and you get a great welcome, sometimes you have to wait for a table which is a good sign. The food is delicious and you don’t have to wait long until it comes. The only gripe I have is tablecloths please change them other than that everything is clean."

"Terrible food! have eaten in harbour restaurant for years has always been a family favorite! eating was absolutely terrible they do a grill menu for it is not even worth steak was like chewing gum full of belly .sea bass was the. size of the finger .. chicken breast was very small unlimited spries were cold and greasy. are dessert at .. for fresh cream or ice on the side. in any case will not be back!"

"Visiting the area from Glasgow and ate at a few establishments over 5 nights we were there and the Quays was the only place we went back to. Fabulous varied menu with big hearty portions and the quality was superb. Had the pit pork on the first visit and the daube of beef on the second. My wife had the chicken burger and the excellent bird n beef the next night. Service was top drawer, friendly staff who were up for a laugh. Would highly recommend the Quays if you love great quality ingredients beautifully cooked. You will leave stuffed. 5 stars establishment. Peter. Elderslie. "Went here on a Thursday night. The Guinness and beer were good. A friendly place with good service. The best bit was the group of about ten folk musicians having a great time on wind instruments, violins and various percussion instruments. The bar was very busy with people of all ages enjoying the music and beer."

"Amazing, very attentive staff, Derek esp, we noticed how he looked after all his tables. The whole team are fab, very friendly, attentive and lovely. Our meal was amazing, big portions from starters to mains. Well worth the money. Will definitely visit again before we leave. Highly recommended."

"At first glance the place looks good but upon ordering the cracks begin to show. The gluten free pancakes listed on the menu don't exist if only in word form. The customer service isn't great with a its your privilege to be eating in such an establishment attitude. The cardboard boxes and wooden cutlery provided are impractical and if offered for the sake of the environment then separate bins should be provided to recycle the pathetic stuff at the very least. Not sure why the place is so busy but I suppose we all need something to post on social media. Lovely location which is what makes the whole thing a real pity"
