What MaryD0109 doesn't like about Riverside Pub:
My husband I used to lunch here regularly but we think the management has changed. The standard of service is now pretty mediocre, not friendly conscientious staff. The food can be very hit and miss, although the chicken makhani and battered cod are usually good. View all feedback. What Gary Williams likes about Riverside Pub:
this is the best chippy to visit the north coast when coeliac. I am very sensitive and have never had a problem here. they offer GF fish, cadjau, chicken grujons, muddy heaps and chips. all fritted in one's own frittier. they also have edgy and dives. the personal is also understandable by zöliakie. read moreLocated far from central bus and train stations, this restaurant received mixed reviews for its unhelpful staff and average food. The lack of menu options and long wait times were also noted. In contrast, a nearby chippy was praised for its gluten-free options and knowledgeable staff. However, a convenient hotel in the area offered spacious rooms, delicious breakfast, and on-site dining options. Despite a lack of hand grips in the room, disabled guests appreciated the overall experience. Overall, food quality and service varied among different dining establishments in the area.
Really tasty gluten free cod and chips at Chequers Riverside in the retail park. Large portions.
