Ok so I had waited two years to come back and eat the pistachio ice cream. Maybe I had remembered it being a lot better or the quality has dropped a little. Don’t get me wrong, the ice cream is really really good but this was my benchmark ice cream and it’s slipped! In particular the pistachio used to be browner and more taste more of pistachio.
