Aji Sushi - College Station

Nice weeknight sushi date with a lower price point than 40 Tempura.Decent sushi rolls with fresh flavor. Out of the 4 rolls we got, the Tiger Roll would not stay together with chopsticks, but that could just be user error.Not bad. Loved the classic rock contributing to the overall relaxed atmosphere. Server was kind and checked in the exact right amount of times.

I had the nigiri flight, a simple Philadelphia roll and their tempura cheesecake and have nothing negative to say. I went with just me and my baby and my waitress was extremely friendly and attentive, the sushi came out almost immediately, everything was melt in your mouth delicious. If you like sushi, this is a good place for it. Will definitely come back!

Ordered a delivery order and found what appears to be a cricket ? in the salad that I ordered as my meal. Called to let them know and the hostess that answered insisted that it “must have been from outside because she just checked the order herself.” So somehow this bug mysteriously crawled inside the bag, got inside the container, then up and died within the minute and a half it took for me to pick up the bag? The hostess continued to insist that she checked the order and it couldn’t have possibly come from them and would only offer to refund the salad itself. Neither me or my girlfriend had any appetite afterwards and didn’t eat any of the food for fear of what else would be in there. Horrible mistake for a restaurant to make and horrible service with regards to fixing the mistake after it happened. Attached is a picture of AFTER moving lettuce out of the way because I was lucky enough to see the half leg sticking out before I started eating, just thankful that I saw at least that much before I started.

Best sushi you can get in Cstat. Been to some of the other places in the area and this one is by far my favorite. Friendly staff and reasonable prices.

The Hamachi roll was a delicious blend of flavors and textures. The raw yellowtail fish, also known as Hamachi, was fresh and had a nice buttery flavor that was complemented nicely by the tangy sauce and crunchy jalapeños. The sushi roll was tightly rolled and held together well, making it easy to eat.The Fried Salmon roll was also a great choice. The fried salmon was crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. It had a nice balance of flavors, with the salmon and the sauce complementing each other perfectly. The roll was also well-constructed and easy to eat.Overall, both rolls were well-prepared and delicious. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a tasty sushi option.Overall a rating of 3. Good average sushi.
