C&J Keeps On Producing Great Q, Year After Year. Is there any wonder they?ve been voted best barbecue in Brazos Valley for the past 20 years? Since I don?t live in B/CS, I haven?t been there in a few years. Went today, got the 3-meat plate with brisket, jalapeño/cheese sausage, and pork belly. It was all great! You can never go wrong with their brisket! View all feedback.

bbq was best in the brazos once. but the last two visits have declined dramatically. the brisket (moist) and ripened as if they were reheated and overcooked. I can compare the ribs a semi-moist jerk I was disappointed View all feedback.
