What price gouge doesn't like about Tropical Cafe:
Went here with a group of four and we were charged $70. The crazy part was that the owner brought us water upon arrival and then proceeded to charge us $2 per bottle of Kirkland water. I've never heard of a place that did not provide complementary water. The owner then addressed us in a condescending manner and was not helpful at all.
