The lady working was really friendly. She helped us to choose what we wanted for breakfast. We decided to go with the Chipotle Chicken, Egg Avocado on Artisan Ciabatta and she told us it would be good. Well she wasn’t lying. It was really good View all feedback.

when i arrived, the staff was very robotic and showed zero enthusiasm towards customers. the girl taking my order didn't even look up from her tablet at me or my family when we were speaking to her. when we received our meals, our sides of bread were rock hard, we couldn't even attempt to bite into them, and my daughter's bowl of mac and cheese was cold. we know Panera doesn't make their food fresh, but do better!
