Firehouse Subs 721 - Collierville

Check your order before you leave the store. The last three times I ordered food my order was incorrectly made. For example, I asked for black olives to be added to my sandwich and they were left off.

Service and quality at this location has continued to drop over the last couple years, but tonight sealed the deal that we will not return. The crew working struggled to find the items we ordered on the entry system, argued amongst themselves on how to make the sandwiches, then we waited almost half an hour to be given 5 of the most pathetic looking sandwiches I have ever seen and nothing close to what you expect from Firehouse. I should not be surprised because it seems like the worst example of every chain restaurant calls Collierville home, but it's a shame because Firehouse was one of the few we could count on. Oh well.

5 stars, been here many times and the food is top top-notch, and very clean environment.

I have yet to have bad experience at Firehouse Subs. Food is good and consistent from the stores I've visited. I tried the BBQ Ruben and it is very tasty. Will continue to come back.
