Well known meat market and restaurant in Hamilton, Texas. Have their own herd of Bison, which is lean and delicious, especially when they make their famous Bison Burgers (large, lean, with added spices). But they have different specials every day. Great barbecue, but hardly open.10/19 edit: Just drove by on a Wednesday afternoon right around 3:30pm and window closed. Saw a guy there but definitely wasn't worth turning in as open! Dirty nasty people can’t cook my food. Just gross. I like bbq but not from dirty folks. Better off eating subway. Overpriced leather. Dirty leather meat. ?
bunch of fake reviews. Been in area for a year and this place is never open. I've driven by everyday for a month and have never seen this place open once.
