We have been to Al Carbon many times and it has been very good. This was our first visit this year. We had a 7:30 pm reservation. We sat at the table until 8:05 pm. The waiter did not acknowledge us or even give us a glass of water. He cleared the empty table next to us and brought bills to other tables but completely ignored us.
