We had the pleasure of eating here on Thursday August 10th. All four of us agreed that the food was amazing and the service was Fantastic. I unfortunately do not remember the name of the guy that served us but he was Fantastic, Thank you for making the evening that much better (from the table that ordered 55 wings and had the kids that requested Metallica from the live band :-)) read more.

The premises in the restaurant are wheelchair accessible and can also be used with a wheelchair or physiological limitations, and there is complimentary WLAN. If the weather are right, you can also be served outside.

What User doesn't like about Gustav Chophouse & Bar:
Went there with husband on June 30th..Friday night...only 8 people for dinner at 7pm...could not hear ourselves from the extremely loud bar crowd. On top of that band was going to start..omg....not a place for quiet intimate dinner. More of a bar. Food was average...atmosphere horrible. read more.

"A coffee and wine gathering place hidden off from the Main Street of Collingwood (Hurontario). Very close to city hall. Nearby street parking. A large sélection of wine which seems to be their forte. I tried the matcha which was fairly good but small portion considering the price of $5.95. The sour dough bread with butter $5 was not overwhelming. Perhaps we can try other dishes the next time and cannot judge it but it was quite busy despite early Saturday morning."

"Was my first Greek in Collingwood and thought I would try this place. We had the lambburgers, pig carvings, rice, beans and Moussaka. My lambburger was ok, the blows were great, but the burger needed some more spices. The pork roast proportion was a small part compared to what we are used in other Greek places. The moussaka was okay. I give him 4, because the wild beans and the dessert were amazing. We had the carrot cheesecake. I would say the general portions are quite huge and their salad is amazing! One day I can try to test the salads, they have a good variety. Was a good overall experience. The ambience is also quite good."
