"Lady at the DT was easy to understand on the speaker. Our order was right, and hot fresh made to order. Only complaint is that the customer just ahead of us had to offer two or three credit cards for her order and they had a lengthy discussion about it with the cashier, and several cars in line behind us pulled out and left. I think that could have been handled better. I'm sure that cost Jacks some lost sales and maybe an order or two that was prepared but lost cause the customers left and tired of waiting. Just saying. Our food was good."

"Overall, a great restaurant. My husband ordered the ribeye and said it was very tender but needed a little more seasoning for taste. "The food is good, I recommend the grilled chicken Asiago and the apple pecan salad. Employees are friendly and remember their usual customers orders. Food is typically prepared quickly and yes there are peak times but its not as busy as other places, which is nice. Lobby needs way more attention!!!!"
