The guy is great. The lady is shot with me and always puts vegetables on before warming the sandwich. Makes them like rubber. She says that's the way it's done. The guy doesn't do that. When I arrived at the app pick up time which was 20 minutes, I was told they were working on other online orders that came in before mines which was fine however I ended up waiting and additional 15 minutes while they skipped all over my order and prepared other sandwiches.
