Must-visit! We spent two nights in Collioure, and on our last night we couldn't resist to try this pizza after walking by these guys several times on our way to the apartment. We ordered two medium pizzas, and it was as delicious as we hoped (even better). The only regret during our stay in Collioure was not eating this pizza both nights.
