the waiting staff was always on the train and made me feel very hastily. they were professional, but they lacked the warmth of a Michelin star restaurant. all expected to be crispy, were flat polnta chips, biscuits, kartoffel skin. but their height was dessert. that must be the chef's chief. especially loved the liquid outbreaks in our mouth of the sweet bite size tartlets.
