It's simple, if you want to eat Italian in Colmar go eat there and especially if you have good appetite I recommend the liguines alla pignata. Many specialties...

"Last week. You should be in bad faith not to enjoy the meal. the dishes are all very fine and very well executed. Small flat with respect to the dish where the serving of fish was really thin but forgotten by an exquisite sauce. A modern and old mixing frame (walls with some spider canvases but it happens to all of us ;) very good wine choice by sommelier, however, its service can be improved by some details as not to make the following wine taste too early to taste the previous until the end, and not forget to serve the spouse who drinks only water! Good evening overall, to be recommended."
