Our visit was a typical example, why we should not choose a restaurant directly at a main square normally. The waitress was very unfriendly and arrogant. She tought that she will be able to remember our order without notice on the paper. Well, she wasn't. We have got 2 water instead of 2 vine. We were drawn inside this very cosy restaurant right next to Schwendi Fountain on a drizzling evening and ordered from the set menu: I had snail for entree, chicken breast as main and a kougelhopf for dessert and my wife got foie gras, steak and profiteroles. I asked several employees and there is no allergen menu and nobody was aware of the gluten-free options. I have a salad in the end. I wouldn't recommend it.

The staff is very informed about gluten-free food. They have a full menu about allergens of any kind. Amazing place!!!
