Tucked in a corner of of old Colmar downtown, Sushia is a real find. The menu offers Chinese, Thai and Japanese Sushi and Sashimi. We had lunch and took the set menu offer. Visited with family - and although a friendly reception the service took very long due to only one waiter.We left after 10 minutes without any offers to have anything to drink. Furthermore it seemed that everybody waited for service so we left.The restaurant looked fine but the Running Sushi Conveyor Belt was almost empty of sushi with only fairly slow re-filling. Super fresh sushi, in a beautiful atmosphere. I can only recommend this restaurant aaand the cocktails, especially the house aperitif.
pleasant decor and friendly service, good food and fresh, a very large selection of delicacies. Good wines and drinks. Sushi very tasty.
