This is my first Vietnamanese experience in Nova, and it was good. The restaurant is clean. The food was served fast and the quantity is nice for the price. I took a vermicelli bowl (B1 on the menu), and the ingredients were fresh and tasty. The only issue I have is that they have only beef phos, so I have only 1 chicken option. What bps doesn't like about Pho 98:
When you put $0.00 on the credit card receipt for TIP, owner will loudly ask you at the cash register, “WHY NO TIP?” You can give whatever answer you like, but he will shot back, “THANK YOU, NO Tip…NO Good.”Just like he is not running a good business, but panhandling for money on the street.Food, Service and Atmosphere is 5* but be prepared for this tip begging when paying.
