What User likes about Soulards:
it was my first time there. the load had a sweet cafe feeling for it. even though we had to wait, as only one person ran all the place we waited patiently and when our turn came, the girl was kind to us and answered all our asking that we had what was good to eat there. I visited the restaurant shortly after it opened at 8 o'clock and was disappointed to find that there were no donuts available. The staff was unable to tell me when they would be ready. I had called the night before to confirm the opening hours and availability of donuts.
