The best Wedang Jahe (traditional ginger drink) I ever taste, I try their Ginger+Orange+Galangal (kencur), very refreshing, they use traditional ginger plant from kampoeng (traditional village), ginger taste is strong, although they only crush the fresh ginger and pour a very hot water which boiled with woods (not gas) using traditional kettle.
