I want to pass on another huge Merci Beaucoup to Zakaria Oulbraim who could not have been more kind and generous when I had no service on my phone after traveling all day from San Francisco to Lyon. The airport Wifi was not working and I had no way of contacting my friends who were driving to pickme up at the airport. Too bad we can't put a 0. No wonder the comments are incendiary when you see the kindness, slowness and unavailability of the staff. Not to mention the room that is dirty, no table is clean, customers are obliged to wash their table themselves.Give your money to someone else it’s not worth it to waste it here
