Had a bitter experience with Bowl 'd last week. ordered three sriracha honey prawn bowls and the vegetables were extremely bitter- the bell pepper, red cabbage, pickled red cabbage and even the mango was bitter!!!! The manager requires basic courtesy to return a call, especially when the customer has made several attempts to reach him.
