Tea Talk is a wonderful little place in the heart of the city. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, with dimming lighting and comfortable seating that you feel at home. POOR MANAGEMENT! Had one of worst experiences here. Called them and made an reservation for an overnight stay a week before the stay. I even confirmed the reservation in the morning on the day we were supposed to check-in. But when we arrived they said the place is fully booked. They did not inform us on this.
